General Information

INDIVIDUAL membership can be purchased on-line (using a credit or debit card) or by completing a downloadable PDF application form and paying by cheque OR submitting an official order form.

MULTIPLE membership can be purchased by completing a downloadable PDF application form and submitting a cheque OR an official order form.

Fees are: £24 (approximately US$39) a year, £15.00 (approximately US$24) for 6 months or £3.00 (approximately US$5) a month. (NB Some options are not available if you use an application form.) The annual amount is equivalent to £2.00 a month and the 6 monthly amount is equivalent to £2.50 a month.

Individual Sign-Up On-Line

On-Line Membership Types

The 'Annual', '6 months' or '1 month' membership types are for a fixed period. A PayPal account is NOT required as long as you have a valid credit/debit card.

The 'Monthly for 12 months' membership type is automatically renewed at the end of each month for 12 months. PLEASE NOTE: A PayPal account IS required as PayPal handles the recurring payments. (For more details see www.PayPal.co.uk.)

Please note that refunds will not be payable for any subscription period already paid for.

Subscribing On-Line

Click here to subscribe. This will take you to the main membership sign-up page.

Select your membership type and enter your name, email address, login name (User ID) and password.

Read and accept the 'User Agreement' page by clicking the 'I Agree' box.

You'll then be redirected to the PayPal web site.

* If you have selected the 'Annual', '6 months' or '1 month' membership type, go to the section headed 'PayPal process for one-off payments (ALL membership types apart from 'Monthly for 12 months')'.

* If you have selected the 'Monthly for 12 months' membership type, go to the section headed 'PayPal process for recurring payments (ONLY applicable to the 'Monthly for 12 months' membership type)'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PayPal process for one-off payments (ALL membership types apart from 'Monthly for 12 months')

If you don't have a PayPal account (or don't want to use your Paypal account) then enter the details on the left of the screen.

If you do have a PayPal account, then login to your PayPal account on the right of the screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(If you do have a PayPal account you may see the screen to the right first.

If you want to pay by credit/debit card and not use your Paypal account, click on 'Continue' under the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' heading.

If you want to use your PayPal account enter your email address and PayPal password in the 'LOG IN TO PAYPAL' box on the right of the screen.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Review your payment details and click on the 'Pay £xx.xx Now' button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After paying you'll be presented with the 'Thank you for your payment' screen.

Click on the orange 'Return to Merchant' button to go to The Treasure Tree web site.

You can now login to The Treasure Tree.

 

 

 

 

 

PayPal process for recurring payments (ONLY applicable to the 'Monthly for 12 months' membership type)

Review the subscription details and login to your PayPal account to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the 'Pay' button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the 'Return to Merchant' button to return to The Treasure Tree web site.

You can now login to The Treasure Tree.

 

 

 

 

 

Problems paying via PayPal?

If you encounter problems with PayPal and can't complete the payment process, please note that a customer record has been created for you on The Treasure Tree and you can attempt to pay again by going through the 'Renewing / Adding Subscriptions On-Line' procedure. If you continue to have problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Renewing / Adding Subscriptions On-Line

Login to the web site and access your membership details by clicking on the 'Your Membership Details' link at the top of the home page. (See the screen display to the right.)

Alternatively, click here. (Login if you need to.)

 

 

 

Under the 'Add/Renew Subscription' heading, select a membership type from the drop-down list and click 'Order'. (See the screen display to the right.)

You'll then be redirected to PayPal's web site to pay for the subscription.

(Please note that if you leave renewing your membership for too long, then your user details might get deleted and you won't be able to login. If this does happen, just go through the subscription process again.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cancelling Membership On-Line

PLEASE NOTE: The only membership type that can be cancelled mid-term is the 'Monthly for 12 months' one. All other membership types are for a fixed period and cannot be terminated early.

To cancel the 'Monthly for 12 months' subscription and stop any FUTURE recurring payments, login to the web site and access your membership details by clicking on the 'Your Membership Details' link at the top of the home page. (See the screen display to the right.)

Alternatively, click here. (Login if you need to.)

Select the 'Cancel' link. (See the screen display to the right.)

You will be redirected to the PayPal web site where you can cancel your subscription. You'll be asked for your PayPal account password and then be redirected to the PayPal subscription page for your Treasure Tree membership. Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

Please note: No refunds will be made for any unused membership period which has ALREADY been paid for. However, you will still be able to access the web site to the end of the currently paid for membership period.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I cancelled the subscription process but have changed my mind and now want to subscribe. What should I do?

If you cancelled during the payment stage (i.e. from a PayPal screen) then you don't need to add your user details (login name, password, etc.) again. Just follow the procedure at 'Renewing / Adding Subscriptions On-Line'.

If you cancelled during the entry of your user details (login name, password, etc.) then just go through the whole subscription process again. See the section 'Subscribing On-Line'.

If you're not sure what happened, then try logging in (click here). If you can't login you don't have a customer record on The Treasure Tree yet, so just go through the subscription process again. (See the section 'Subscribing On-Line'). If you can login but haven't paid yet, you'll automatically be taken to your subscription details screen where you can complete your subscription. (See the section 'Renewing / Adding Subscriptions On-Line'.)

Renewing Membership

To renew your membership you can either complete another application form or renew on-line (see 'Renewing Membership On-Line').

Cancelling Membership

Membership will automatically lapse at the end of 12 months and cannot be terminated early.

Logging In

Enter your username (User ID) and password on the main screen and then click on the 'Login' button. (See the screen display to the right.)

 

 

 

 

Occasionally (e.g. if you try running an animation without having logged in) you may see an alternative login screen. (See the screen display to the right.) Just enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and then click on the 'Login' button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Forgotten your password?

If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the main screen. (See the screen display to the right.)

 

 

 

 

Enter your email address or username and click on the 'Get Password' button. (See screen display to the right.)

Your password will then be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT: Your membership profile MUST include a valid email address for this feature to work. See the section headed 'Membership Details' to check this.

IMPORTANT: You may need to check your spam/junk email folder for the email as it may get inadvertently redirected there.

 

 

 

 

 

Membership Details

After logging-in, you can view your Membership Details by clicking on the 'Your Membership Details' link at the top of the home page. (See the screen display to the right.)

Alternatively, click here. (Login if you need to.)

 

 

 

Here you can 'Unsubscribe' from any newsletter emails, renew your subscription or change your membership profile (name, email address or password).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To change/view your membership profile, click on the 'Change Password / Edit Profile' link. (See the screen display to the right.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Change your name, email address or password as desired.

Click on the 'Save Profile' button to save your changes.

Click on the 'Back' button to leave details unchanged.
